Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest and 3-Dimensional Patriotic Art Contest

 

Deadlines:

 

Student entries must be submitted to a sponsoring Auxiliary by March 31

VFW Auxiliary Department – April 15

VFW Auxiliary National Headquarters – May 5

National Presidents Special Project

 

National President Jane Reape’s special project is 3-Dimensional Patriotic Art. As members, we can help grow funds for this scholarship contest and award more money in the years ahead to more students who place at the National level.

Ways to recognize students and participants

 

• Partner with your Post to host a Dinner or Luncheon honoring participants.
• Purchase Certificates, backpacks, and/or other items from the VFW Store participants.
• Contact your local newspaper, school website, or social media and acknowledge the participants.

 

Letting the public and the participants know we care enough to follow through is very important.
