This form is for non-members who want to be a National Member at Large only. If you would like to become a member of a local Auxiliary, then you must contact that Auxiliary directly.

If you are a current Auxiliary or Department at Large member and would like to transfer to a National at Large member or have any other questions concerning becoming a member, then please call the National Headquarters at 816-561-8655 and ask for the Membership Department. Someone will be ready to assist you in any way possible.

Annual National Member At Large dues are $50.00.
